I founded The Velvet Journey in 2012 to create a dedicated space where men can grow spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and professionally. It became the first company in the UK to offer a true one stop shop for mens personal and professional development. Through workshops, transformational life and business coaching, leadership and entrepreneurship mentoring, mental and emotional healing, wellbeing advisory, consulting, training, and exclusive retreats, I support men from all backgrounds to evolve into the strongest and most authentic version of themselves.

Over the years I developed my own proprietary science based and holistically delivered coaching methodologies. They combine Western psychology, neuroscience, cognition, and Eastern healing teachings. This fusion allows me to work with you at the root cause of your challenges, not just the surface symptoms.

As the founder of The Velvet Journey, my mission is simple and deeply personal. I am here to guide men from every walk of life — straight, gay, and bisexual — to reconnect with the strength, wisdom, and leadership that already lives within them. I want you to remember that you are capable of far more than you have ever been taught to believe.
My work is to take you on an inner journey where you learn to question what you once thought was unquestionable, to think beyond the limits you inherited, and to open your heart to the parts of yourself you once believed were unlovable. This is where real transformation begins.
I am building a community of loving men — men with vision, courage, and the willingness to look within. Men who choose to take responsibility for their growth, who learn to find solutions inside themselves, and who develop the confidence and clarity needed to live empowered, balanced, and fulfilled lives.

The why Behind The Velvet Journey

In my own entrepreneurial journey, and in the long path toward self-love, acceptance, and becoming an award winning and best-selling author, I met many men from all walks of life who were struggling in silence. Men who wanted to be authentic but felt trapped by expectations, cultural conditioning, and the pressure to be someone they were not.

I met men who lived inside an illusion that felt like truth, even though deep down they knew it was not their truth. Men who were afraid to speak openly, who felt disconnected from both their masculine and feminine traits, and who carried emotional wounds they had never been given the tools to heal.

Seeing this, I created The Velvet Journey as a program and a path to help men leave the ship with a destination called history and step onto a first-class plane headed toward a destination called master of destiny. A journey where you stop repeating the past and start consciously creating your future.

My intention through every product, service, book, seminar, and talk is to inspire men to become more of who they truly are. I am here to help you resolve the issues that keep you stuck in the prison of your own creation, and to guide you toward living in alignment with your highest values.
