The Velvet Journey Monthly Pit-Stops will support you to make steps towards becoming your best, authentic and fulfilled self. 

Through regular 90-minute sessions, I give you the space to connect with other like-minded individuals, to explore various issues and topics, and to start making positive changes in your daily life.  

My Free monthly Pit-Stops are there also to offer additional support for my existing clients, workshop participants as well as for men who are interested to get their lives back on track though finances might be an issue to them. During this time I will facilitate the process for you to continue exploring, engaging and reflecting with others in an authentic way. 
This is a time for people who want to grow, share and connect with others.
