But don't panic, let me share with you a fact, being low in January is very common for many people around the globe. It is at this time of the year that we see global increase in the number of people feeling depressed, low, and anxious. January is also prime time to refocus our lives, kick-start our passion and stand up for excellence.
But rather than pushing our feelings to one side, we can choose to allow ourselves to acknowledge them and ask ourselves a few simple questions can help become clear of what is it that causes us these winter blues, and what can we do to resolve our problems.
