I spent years thinking Love was something I needed to search for and something given by others. I couldn’t be further from the truth. The more I was searching the emptier I felt. The penny dropped when I started to write my first book A Path to Wisdom-How to live a balanced, healthy and peaceful life. I realized all that I have done, the good and the bad were all fuelled by the desire to love, be loved, and be accepted. Many of you would agree it is such a simple realization, but If you think about it properly it is so complicated to understand. Demystifying this powerful insight is what changed my life forever, I help my clients do, and I hope as you read this blog it fuels your curiosity to change yours too.
From then on, it took me six months to write with a simple message that love heals. During this time I spent a lot of time in solitude, meditating and reading books. I regularly saw my book coach Mindy, my mentor and my healer to keep me on track, grounded, and focused. I also kept myself away from the influx of the negative energy that is embedded in the daily media, street advertising, and world events.
The more I was writing, the more clarity I was gaining on the process that helped bring my inner being in a state of balance. It is from this state of inner balance that Love can freely flow. Freely radiate without it being directed to a specific person. It is from this space that TJS Evolutionary Method: The ALARM was born, to help people listen to their inner discord, acknowledge the lies that conceal their truth, and get inspired to achieve the results they always wanted but never gave themselves permission to have in their own lives.
I put together the thousands of people cases that I have helped through my entire professional career, as well as friends, and family members and I saw how the processes I embedded in the acronym ALARM was a common thread amongst them all. It was also common in the western psychology teachings as well as the eastern teachings of healing the body, mind and spirit.
In this moment in history, we can individually heal our wounds and pain, and in doing so, restore our inner world to balance from which love can freely flow without boundaries. We are realising more and more that we are all part of one human family and that we can all be "friends helping friends", and we can all lead the way with this transformation.
I have spent over thirty years studying maths, physics, engineering, psychology, spirituality, religion, etc but I do know this transformation I talk about will not be found through any of these channels alone, but in returning our hearts and minds to our natural way of being-an eternal spirit with infinite abilities to love. I believe that healing occurs through the power of balanced mind in sync with the healing power of the heart.
